Live-in Caregiver the program which allows to work in Canada, rendering service in care of children or aged. Participants of the program sign the working contract for 1 year, with an opportunity of prolongation directly in Canada is. In 2 years of work in Canada, participants of this program have rights of submission on the permanent RESIDENCE in Canada.
Due to speciality of this program (care work with children, the help on the house) the participation is proposed only for girls and women under 35 years.
Caregivers are qualified experts who have completed second education and not below, speak English or French, have experience of pedagogical or medical work, and the most important - ready to live in family and to help with children or aged. There is a shortage of citizens in Canada who are capable to work as Caregivers where it is necessary to live and work in family constantly. Participating in this program, you sign the labour contract with family and start to work. The contract includes the detailed description of work, with the indication of terms and conditions of employment, the maximal number of working hours per week and norm of wages during the designated business hours is usually underlined. The family which is your employer, pays you wages which can not be less than the minimal wages established in a province where you will work.
Requirements for participation
- Age 21 - 35 years
- the Diploma about secondary or higher medical / pedagogical education.
- the operational Experience on a speciality from 1 year for last three years, including a minimum of 6 months in one organization. The break in work should not exceed 12 months.
- the Knowledge of English or French language is not lower than Intermediate level (come to us and pass the test, before departure it is possible to learn).
Cost of the program: 900-1000 GBP
Includes:
- search of family
- preparation of all visa documents;
- payment of consular fee;
- work permit;
- medical insurance;
- payment of residing and a meal during the program.
The wages is not less than 8-10 dollars per hour, with free-of-charge residing and a meal.
The participant is guaranteed to work from 40 till 45 hours per week with two days off. In some families additional payment and premiums are possible.
After two years of work as Caregivers you receive the right to work in Canada in any other place, you’ll have the right to change a job. |
