We select the drivers, with work experience in Great Britain, and other European countries. In all cases the minimal knowledge of English language, work experience in Great Britain, skill of driving with a right-hand rudder are necessary. The majority of the employers, who apply to us for drivers, want the drivers with the British driver's certificates, not European one. In this case insurance will be significant smaller on payment. We are not really interested in drivers with a category "B". We are interested in drivers with categories "E", "C", "D", with the British driver's certificates, in rare cases with the European driver's certificates, and also drivers on special building engineering, tractors, and fork-lift trucks.
